ReplyDeleteI never soak my mooncake mould with oil because I don't like the oily look on my moulds but was told that it's good to soak for about 2 weeeks. Just pour some oil into the oil and let it soak. for your info, tho I never soak in oil, the mooncake still comes out perfect.
