Aunty....how to make the skin to be something like that? I've been looking for the Polo skin recipe and haven't found the right one. Are they the same skin with regular baked mooncake but using cocoa powder or chocolate? Thank You so much and GBU

Hi Rachaeline,

Just use any pastry skin, add cocoa powder and make pineapple patterns on it.
