hi akresource,

yes yes, Phoon huat has very low quality. All the nuts are tiny and black and dried out whereas sun lik's nuts looks fresh. Some of Phoon Huat's flour doesn't work too and the premix....becareful it doesn't work too only the fatt kou works.

I bought an expensive rolling pin from Phoon Huat and the girl said it can last till my daughter's time. Alas....I used only a few months, the rolling split at the joining area. So don't trust their words. I complained to them but they never bother at all. Poor after sales service.

Because PH is easy to find almost in very estate so sometime no choice has to buy fr. them. Anuty, can advise what stuff can buy from SL? so far, i know is the coco/chocolate brand Valhora?? is good...their premix flour has 2 type..the uncle said the export type is better..no sure as never tried before..

Hi akresoruce,

the optima flour is good, all nuts, flavouring, ovalette, whipping cream - Pur N Whip and Elle Vire, etc etc
