Mrs Santos here again. Ive finally got into the kitchen to try my hands at mooncakes. I tried chilled ones. However, seems like the skin isnt the same compared to the one my grandaughters bought for me. The ones they bought were much much softer and had a nice aroma...

I see you have a huge oven! Very similar to the one I had in Italy years ago!
