Hi Aunty,
Your Carrot Fatt Koh look very cute and tempting. Love it very much.
Has a question to ask you. I tried your recipe on Steamed Coffee & Coconut Small Cakes, it turned out very nice and spongy. But it don't have the two layers like yours, the batter seep though the grated coconut. Can you expain to me what went wrong? Thanks.

Hi Liying,

You didn't press the coconut hard enough into the mould. You must press it down tightly so that no batter will into the coconut. Did you do this step?

Hi Aunty,
I used dedicated coconut mixed with cornflour and salt, spinkle it into the mould.

See...Liying, I knew you didn't press hard enough. Do try it again and this time you'll succeed.
