Aunty, sorry for bothering you again but I really wish to have the Chocolate cake recipe which you have posted on the 6 of April 2007. My kids and hubby are longing for it.. Sorry for the bothering.. -lily-
I am very interested with this jelly mooncake, wonder is it possible for you to share the recipe. If you are not posting on your blog, do you mind emailing me? My email add: ng_wan_nah@moe.edu.sg Thanks. Wanna
how do you manage to take out your jelly mooncakes so nicely from the molds? I tried making similar mooncakes before but i usually end up tearing the edges of the jelly ( despite dipping the mold in warm water) since they are quite soft. Did you use konnyaku jellys? i have tried using jello and totally ( i think it's spelt like that )powder which makes the jellys than is softer than konnyaku jellys. im not too keen on using konnyaku jellys. Is there any other way which i can pick out my jellys nicely?
Even though i use agar2 Rose brand, sometimes i still find problems with the shape. What are the methods you use to make it perfect and nice when it came out of the mould? Thank You and GBU

Ooh, a sourish-sweet mooncake? Here's something different from our usual sweet mooncake flavours, how interesting! :)
Btw Aunty Yo, thanks for posting the green tea jelly mooncake recipe. I can't wait to get home to try that out! :)
Wow, amazingly beautiful, and I am sure the taste is as good as the look.
How creative of you to come out with something as lovely as this.
My salute goes to you!

Rachaeline,
If the jelly is too watery, it will break up. Add in slightly more agar agar powder and let chill in the fridge before ummoulding from the mould.

Thank You Aunty, i will try it again :)
