Hi Aunty Yochana,

Your blog impressed me a lot since I started reading it. I love your blog so much! Actually I'm from M'sia & I've moved to S'pore since three months ago. Mooncake festival is just round the corner, may I know where can I buy all those ingredients? Can you please recommend some for me? Thanks!

Hi Yochana

Thinking hard of how to get a chance to taste those wonderful mooncakes of yours. I don't think I will make any. Last year, I did some and I had to hard sell them to my loved ones. They got sick of eating the same pingpei lotus flavour for the whole season.

Thanks for hearing me rant.

Hi ebake,

Don't use the same lotus paste then, in Kwong Cheong Thye, they have red wine paste, cranberry, sakura paste, green tea, black sesame...and many more. Perhaps you would like to try other flavours.
