Hi aunty yochana, your mooncakes look so lovely especially the beatiful contrast of colours. I'm so going to BUY (if only i can make them like you) some mooncakes tml coz looking at ur mooncakes pictures everyday hit a sudden crave on me. =P
On the side note, I came across ingredient asking for unsweetened chocolate, can you explain to me what is unsweeten chocolate? Thanks!!!
Your blog impressed me a lot since I started reading it. I love your blog so much! Actually I'm from M'sia & I've moved to S'pore since three months ago. Mooncake festival is just round the corner, may I know where can I buy all those ingredients? Can you please recommend some for me? Thanks!

Thinking hard of how to get a chance to taste those wonderful mooncakes of yours. I don't think I will make any. Last year, I did some and I had to hard sell them to my loved ones. They got sick of eating the same pingpei lotus flavour for the whole season.
Don't use the same lotus paste then, in Kwong Cheong Thye, they have red wine paste, cranberry, sakura paste, green tea, black sesame...and many more. Perhaps you would like to try other flavours.

Hi emily,
You can get all your mooncake baking ingredients from:
sun Lik, at 33 Seah street. Next to Raffles hotel or you can go to
Kwong Cheong Thye at Lorong 27, Geylang.
