Dear Mei,

It's 4-in type of plastic transparent mould. Can buy from sun lik or phoon huat.

4 in mould?? What i mean is the filling mould/tart mould n not the plastic mooncake mould. Thanks

Hi Mei,

Use a chwee kueh mould or any tart mould. You can also use a large round tray, pour in the agar agar and then use a round cutter to cut out the fillings but there will be wastage for this method (you can reboil the remnants and pour into a mould again.
