Aunty I love mochi mooncake so muuucchhh, I usually bought the Taro spiral pastry with mochi in it when i go to Taiwan.
By the way, which mooncake recipe book are you using? I love all your mooncake creations, please share the recipes with us...Thank You

Yuummm this reminds me of the mooncake I bought last year from M'sia... I think it was red bean and pandan paste with mochi in the centre. Aunty did you make the mochi yourself? Is it glutinous rice flour mixed with water? Hmm got an idea to make mua chee mooncake... with peanut like in pasar malam!

Jam...yes I made the mochi- using glutinous rice flour, water and sugar.
