ask your advise ah, if i wanna make green tea snowskin, what is the amount of green tea powder I have to put? says the gao fen i'm using 100gr.

another questions, is green tea snowskin goes well with durian lotus paste? would it taste wierd?

green tea snow skin is very nice. It all depends on the colour and the taste of individual. Try using 2 tsp. of green tea powder. I don't like the bitter taste but I love the colour.
