Hi Aunty Yochana,

I enjoy reading your blog. Keep baking!

I am thinking about buying a silpat liner and I read somewhere on your blog that it costs $49.00. What are the measurements for your silpat?

Thanks!

Your mooncakes look SOooo beautiful and very creative!!!. Would you mind in considering post the recipes on this kind of mooncakes filled with Jelly. Since moon festival is coming up in a month, I believe a lot of mooncake fans like me would like to try it. Thanks!!! glad to found your blog, very helpful.

Hi Aunty Yochana,

Do you mind sharing with me how many jelly mooncakes does the recipe yield? I have gotten the same recipe book and i'm considering trying the same recipe out but i'm worried that i won't have enough moulds. I must say your cakes and mooncakes look great!

Many thanks in advance!

Hi lexriel,

If I'm not mistaken, it yields about 12 pieces.
