hi aunty lucy...Wanna wish u happy independence day and a fun holiday tomorrow.

Is the X siew puff pastry same as the sweet potato pastry .

Does both the puff stays crispy after maybe 5 hours.

Hi sue,

I'm not too sure whether it will still be crisp after 5 hours because the minute I finished frying them, I sent my maid to deliver to her gang (my neigbour's maids). so no chance to eat it after 5 hours. You try half portion and see what you get. Many people like to have curry puffs with a lot of bubbles on the surface.

I used the balance dough to make char siew puff.
