Hi Aunty, I saw this recipe on one of the blogs on your list but was wondering where do you get the lavender flowers? Is it in dried form? I've tasted lavender ice cream at one of the shops here but I thought that the flavour was a bit too strong. Thanks!
Yes, the lavender flowers has a very strong smell and taste. Most ppl will not like it but you can cut down the amount to be used. It's in dried form and you can also use the fresh ones if you have. In Singapore we can buy lavender flowers from Shermay cooking school at chip bee gardens.
