Hi delia,

This is an unleavened bread breaks like a cracker.

It normally appears over the dinner rolls in the bread basket in my club and I always have to ask for more so I decided to make them myself.

It's a cracker with lots of sesame seeds.

would you need yeast in this cracker? I have tried it before and its really good. Any idea how long can this cracker be kept?

no yeast needed for this lavash. I think it can be kept crisp for quite a long time.
