Can you recommend some good interesting bread books? Thanks. The breads that you've been baking look very interesting and yummy.

Hi Jules,
Buying books are very subjective and it depends on the person who's buying it. A person who is more pro will want something more difficult and a newbie would prefer an easier book.
For newbie, try Alex Goh's Bread book. It's really good and for those who love artisan bread, can buy Bread Bible by Rose Levy.B or The Bread Apprentice by Peter Reinhart.
