hmm. for the black sesame macaroos.
do i need to slightly roast the sesame or can i fold in the raw ones? hmms. do advice. thanks!

Hi Pauline,

Use ground black sesame seeds. Pan fry your black sesame seeds till cooked then blend into fine powder. Don't blend till oily.

Tips: Throw in some sesame seeds into the black sesame seeds when you are frying so that you will know whether it's cooked or not by looking at the white sesame seeds.
