Your site is so interesting and i daily check your production it is sooo good,best of luck for the future and keep it up !I also make this kind of bun but it wasn't actually a bun the texture is somewhat crispy not spongy and the filling is cooked mince meat with fresh herb and it is braided..so happy to see your one...and if you don't mind could you please share the recipe with me as i want to make this for my kids as my one they don't like much due to crispiness , waiting for your reply and also thankyou so much for the loaf recipe.
