Is this mag Chinese or English? Yesterday I tried to follow one of your Pear swiss roll, it turns out to be dry, sigh! Cracked while I roll it up, in the end, i just cut n stacked them together. I had omitted the corn flour, run out of it. Is it necessay? Please advise. Thanks.
Tried a number of news stand, Bugis, Maju Mall, West Mall n the one you mentioned, they run out of the mag. Sigh! Not fated to try this recipe. Will try next time if I come across the recipe some where else. Thanks.
Aunty Yochana, the Buttermilk, normally where was it placed? I tried the Cold storage at Bugis, but couldn't find it? Is it in liquid or solid form? Please advise. Thanks.
I Just came back from Metro Paragon. I saw the Pastry & Baking mag. at the basement - where there are lots of shops. In front of Guardian. It's a money changer cum magazine shop.
U know what, I actually applied half day leave on Friday to rush down to Metro Paragon to get the book. Heehee, I must be crazy. Thanks, Aunty Yochana, I managed to get the last copy of the mag. Btw, is this mag a monthly mag? Regards.

the mag is bilingual. For swiss roll, don't omit the cornflour. Try again.
