Ooh Yochana, this looks good. Is this the one shared by Cuisinette in IK? You used strawberries, peaches and cherries as topping? Great piece of work, it looks delish! Just curious, how's the taste -- more cake-like or more pastry-like?

Yes...this recipe is from Imperial Kitchen forum by Cuisinette. Nice cake...lovely texture. A die die must bake type. Texture is very fine too.

Hi Baking fiend,

I used 7 x 11 inch tray. Must bake this lah. This is like dumping whatever fruits you have in the fridge lor.
