Aww that's yummy! Aunty, do you have recipe for chicken or pork floss? I had my first attempt to make pork floss and it didn't turn out so good as the one from BCH.

Dina

yes fei fei , you're right. I like this too. Swiss roll is soft and spongy with a lovely savoury taste especially when it really covered with lots of floss...*slurp*

dear aunty,

Bet this is very yummy!

Do you apply mayonese so that the floss can stick? if so, what brand you prefer?
do you mix the mayo with other ingredients? or purely mayonese?

thanks a ton !

dear 2ninpink,

Yes I used mayonnaise to stick the floss. I added some condense milk into the mayo (to your taste) so that it will not be so sour. You give a try and I'm sure you'll get addicted to it.
