aunty lucy...this cake looks sinfully delicious with chunks of brownie in a cheesecake ...i'm so memorised with this cake ...feels like i'm under its control. Can u kindly share the recipe as i still hv a big bar of cream cheese in the fridge and this would be a perfect!
btw..i purchased the kevin's chai chiffon cake...and boy ..his chiffon skills is way diff from yours...u r still the queen of bakers n yr chiffon cakes are a ziliion times better in my humble opinion.

Haha...it was the same reaction when my friend in Canada received her book on "Layered Cakes" and felt disappointed cos the cakes doesn't look like those baked by me although I used that book's recipes. *LOL*
