Tofu Chiffon Cake

This chiffon uses tofu and grounded pistachio.

    I have also bought the Kevin Chai's book on chiffon cakes. After browsing through it, i have to agree with an earlier comment that your cakes look higher than his. You are really good! :)

    only 60 gm. how much smell can you get. Anyway tofu is not smelly unless the smelly fermented tofu. It taste nice because of the grounded pistachio.
