P/S: Yesterday, make the "steam moist chocolate cake". It was a great success and I was most impressed with it. Not a good baker!!! My hubby loves it. The recipe is a keeper.

This tarte grenobloise is simply delicious - chocolate crust, chocolate fillings and caramelized pecans on top. Will post it when I'm free but this recipe comes from the book "chocolate dessert by Pierre Herme".
