I steamed tis yesterday too but yours is so smooth. May I ask do we need to sieve both mixture before steam? Possible to share your recipe cos I would love to try it again.

I thought you have the recipe since you made it yesterday? After mixing flours with liquid, you have to sieve it to prevent lumps when you cook over the stove.
