    Hi aunty,
    Had not visited your blog for a week! Saw you had added a lot of nice cake pictures!

    For this sweet potato chiffon, how is the sweet potato being added? Blended?

    Can I use normal pandan chiffon recipe and subsitute with the pandan with sweet potato?

    Hi angeline,

    Sweet potato, steamed till soft then mashed.

    Get Kevin chai's book - chiffon cake is done.
