HI Lucy, is this a SMALL chiffon cake? If the recipe ask for 9 inch chiffon cake tin and we want to half the recipe, what size cake tin is best use? Thanks in advance.
Hi im new to this page and wanted to know the full recipe to cook the stawberry and cooco crispy chiffon cake for my wife this coming valentines day. I know she would be very supprised if i did it correctly and it turned out to be eatable. LOL. I would need a recipe for 8 plse.

ReplyDeleteI normally go by the no. of eggs used.
For 2 eggs, I used 16 cm.
3 eggs, 18 cm.
4 to 5 eggs - between 20 to 23 cm.
6 eggs - 23 cm.
7 eggs - 25 cm.

May i ask you yours is based on what weight of the egg (including shell)?
