ReplyDeleteFor chiffon cake mould, their heights are all standard depending on the diameter.
Always buy a loose bottom pan for chiffon cake.
I will try to post the chiffon cake pan.

Thanks auntie Lucy, will be waiting for your pic. I did see a few same diameter ones, but different height.I have a short one at home, about 3 inches tall spring form one, 9 inch diameter. But when I tried your pandan chiffon recipe, the batter overflowed when it was baking! I ended up with a volcano with green lava flowing.. :P
