    You know me lah...cannot wait.

    first pizza...top burnt because the heating element is too close. I made the pizza base with yeast and so it double in height and touched the elements.

    The good thing about this machine is that it gives a very beautiful browning on top...something that our normal can do. For normal oven, by the time the cheese turns golden ...the base turns hard.
