ReplyDeleteI stumbled onto yr blog through another food blogger and I'm loving every minute of your blog. I'm just amazed of all the cakes/bread/tarts/pies that you've baked/made. Totally awesome! During the weekend, did try your marble cake as a start. Texture was beautiful except that I may have to use a slightly bigger pan. The centre cracked and it took slightly more than the required 1 hr. Apart from that, colors turned out really well. Will try out all your other recipes and I shall keep you updated. Thanks...Diane

ReplyDeleteWhen you pour your batter into the pan, try to leave a depression in the centre.
