Yes you can ME, so it won't be white chocolate but chocolate mousse cake.

This looks really good. Simple on the outside, and the inside looks so neat and elegant. Nice!
By the way, can I ask what is chocolate "thing" you put at the side of the mousse cake? Very nice for deco.

Hi shiyan,

The chocolate thing at the side are chocolate flakes. It comes in a small plastic container. I bought from one of the supermarkets. You can use it as a sprinkler too.
