Dear Aunty Yochana,

Your bread look yummy. U knead the dough yourself, or use machine? I tired baking bread using the machine, it always come out very dense below, only a bit fluffy on top! Very disappointed, till my hubby n children refused to eat anymore. Can you share your recipe/skill? What brand of yeast did you use? Also my bread came out like the yeast colour, not white! My machine now become white elephant in the store room. Very disappointed. Really hope you can advise. Million Thanks, CY.

Hi CY,

I used "SAF Instant Yeast" and the bread doesn't turn yellow after baking.

I use a machine "SPAR" mixer to mix my bread dough. For bread, you need a heavy duty machine to beat till gluten forms. Since you have a bread machine, then it should be no problem for you to bake this bread.
