    Hi Saori,

    There are many versions of an american carrot cake. Are you referring to the cake with carrot, pineapple cubes, walnuts, raisins and then coat with cream cheese frosting or just plain carrot cake with frosting?

    Both I have...I'll try my best to bake one, snap a pic and post it.
