Dates Chiffon Cake

    Remember me...and my collapsed mango chiffon cake? I stubbornly attempted it again today and even doubled the recipe. I succeeded. So I just want to share my 2 cents worth of 'experience' with you.

    The batter was very liquid because the mango was extremely juicy, so I did not add the milk according to the recipe, instead I added abt 30g more of self raising flour. In short, this recipe need some adjustment depending on the mango.
