Cream Cheese & Chive Biscuits

I don't know why they called it Biscuits but it's actually Scones. The cream cheese and chives blend very well and I like the taste....

    Hi Lucy
    The Americans call scones 'biscuits' and call 'biscuits' cookies. "Fries" are known as 'chips. I think it's just another way to confuse everyone LOL. But I guess what counts ultimately is the taste, whatever you choose to call it. Your biscuits look great, I wish I can have a taste... :-)
