Torta Alla Gianduia (Chocolate Hazelnut Cake)

This is a flourless cake but has ground hazelnut in it...

Oh Lucy, I am drooling over my computer now. Gosh, the Torta Alla Gianduia look so sinful and luscious. Wish I can sink my teeth into it :(

hi aunty, may i know where you got the gianduja chocolate (i reckon there must be hazelnut choc added into it coz the name)? or you just used normal chocolate? i been dying to find gianduja chocs but to no avail.

aiyoh Marissa,

no need to use gianduia chocolate. Just use Nutella spread will do. It's the same. I have the gianduia chocolate liquer...very delicious. Bought from DFS airport.
