fuyoh! marble cake, neopolitan cakes and now neopolitan cookies.....:)
im planning to do the raspberry yoghurt cake, but since i have lots of bluberry jam, im replacing raspberry with bluberry. should be ok i guess. and also im using UHT whipping cream, which i already have. does this affect the taste of the cheese? i guess it would make d cheese creamier and heavier. i hope not too heavy lah:) if the non-dairy cream cant be replaced with UHT cream, then il buy. don want the cake to go wrong..:)
i read someone's comment asking how long can UHT be kept after opening. the carton says "best used within 3 days after opening". hope this info help.
for the dairy whipping cream, normally the manufacturer will give a shorter time period to safeguard their product but from my experience, I kept till a week and it still works, guess experience counts.
Replacing raspberry for blueberry is not problem and your whipping cream will be just fine with it...it should taste great.
