Hi Aunty,
U know I am so happy today cos I sucessfully make a fat & soft swiss roll from ur recipe after failed twice before with other recipe.I still hv to practice on the rolling part as I cracked the roll a bit.Hope one day I will a nice roll like this.Thank u very much.
For the butter cream I hv a Q.Is it right that when beat for while after adding butter to the white & syrup, the mixture will turn watery?
BTW do u need any maid at home? Don't forget to offer me so I can learn & eat all the yummy stuff at ur place, heheee.

Hi Yim,

Glad you successfully made a big fat swiss roll.

For butter cream, please remember to chill your butter and put in only after the egg white has cooled completely otherwise your butter cream will become watery. Nevertheless, if it turns watery, please put inside the fridge to let it harden and it can be used again.

Oh..I almost forgot. In case I need a maid, I will contact you. BTW, I do need ppl to come help me with the washing. Hahaha.
