Hi Aunty,
Thanks for the recipe...but I don;t think I see any Lam Soon Brand Soya Bean oil in NTUC...I assume any cooking oil will do or it has to be soya bean oil?

Thanks Aunty.

I have just came across a VERY good baking book "Louisa's Bakery" for beginners like me and I doubt you need it :) since you are baking so well. It has a lot of theories and managed to find some answer to my failure. Anyway, it is still experience that you have to gain. You can recommend this book to anyone who is keen.

Thanks cyndi,

Where did you buy it from and can you give us the ISBN number usually found on the cover or at the back cover.

Thank you for your info.

Aunty,
I discover this book from the library and but most likely will source for it and buy it too or may be get my friend to get it for me from HK.

ISBN = 962-14-2266-3

Am not sure whether you find it useful since you are already an amateur :) What I like about the book, it is bi-lingual and very simple but precise on the theory and tips which are very useful.

Let me know your comment if you happen to browse it.
