Hot cross buns!!! They look so nice... How I wish I can make something like that.
ReplyDeleteWas really hoping to bake some hot cross buns (since it's the season now) so I went into some "research". Searched online on the ingredients for the crosses. In general, I came across two kinds of ingredients for the crosses. One is flour paste and the other is icing. The former will be baked together with the buns while the latter is piped onto the buns after it's baked and cooled. Which one do you use? And which one do you recommend?
