Aunty, your honey roll looks so good! I recall a recipe for this from an Australian cookbook which involves something like beating butter and sugar together then washing it in cold water to make the filling??? Sounds so strange to me... Is this the same or did you use your usual buttercream?

Hahaha Jam, your butter cream sounds wierd. Anyway this is my favourite swiss roll....no sugar used , completely honey only.
