Durian Chiffon

This cake is in memory of my dear friend Judy Mak who died of Breast Cancer a year ago. This is for you "Judy"....miss you.

    Kellie, this recipe was given to me by my friend Judy....her children are still young and her husband died about 10 months after her. So sad...

    Yes Edith...the tin is very unique. Can't find anymore. In case someone come across a square chiffon tin like this, please do let me know. It's quite a high tin...9" sq. tube pan, height 4".

  9. lucy, i love all chiffon cakes. how do u bake this...can u please share the recipe? please please...coz me staying so far away from singapore, surely miss durian now. if u can, please teach me how to make the durian puree coz all the durian here are frozen and not as varied.

    oh, i tried your swissroll tiramisu last saturday, it was good but my sister-in-law prefers a more moist cake. how do one make a moist cake?

    I baked everyday and I have never worked in a bakery before. Just home baked cakes. Yeah...I do take orders.
