I bought this premix in medical hall in Johor Bahru. It is a very nice brown picture of the herbs with the eggs. It's really good... If I can get it again, I will post it in my blog.
I bought this book from Kinokuniya called: "How to be a Domestic Goddess" by Nigella Lawson and the coconut macroons recipe is inside. Hope this helps.

I do have recipe for that but it's so troublesome. Nowadays I used to buy the premix and boil together with the eggs.
