Looks really soft.. love yr Cinnamon teacake.
Aunty yochana my cakes don't have soft texture like yours.Where do I go wrong ?The tea cake is looking so fabulous :)

one important factor of making cake is that you must never overmix and just lightly fold from the bottom to the top with a spatula.
