Chocolate Durian Custard Swiss Roll

Drooling at yr durian swissroll. I can see the durian fresh sticking out from the swissroll. Yum Yum.
50 gm. instant custard mix with 120 gm. milk. Stir till smooth.
I didn't weigh my durian (probably 1 cup though). I stir over low heat with some sugar so that the durian can last longer then when it's cooled, I mix into the prepared custard.

My durian custard is agak agak one:
