    The texture of the cake is very soft but the ganache (chocolate topping) on top is completely different from Cafe de Tui. Aiyoh..now you make me "lau nua"...can't forget the simply delicious cake...yum yum.

  8. hi yochana! i've been an avid follower of your wonderful food posts and am very impressed by what you make! how is the ganache layer like? i'm looking for a moist chocolate cake recipe with a more agar agar like chocolate ganache like that of awfully chocolate's... do you have any recipes to recommend? thanks!
