I didn't use tofu. I used soya bean milk.

yr cakes look soooooooooooo delicious! can u pls share this tofu cake recipe when u r free to type it out? for sure this will be my 1st attempt in using yr baking recipe (i hope it is not difficult for beginner to learn) cos i love soya bean milk & red bean! eventhough the weather here is getting cold but i can't wait to bake it. i'll let u know my result.
