I was in Singapore for more than a week, and now I kick myself for not asking to meet you! Or at least to your bakery :)

Hi Marlinda,

I don't own a bakery. I'm just a housewife who has great passion for baking.

Well, next trip perhaps.

Hi Aunty Yochana,
Can I know what is Nestum? And where can i buy it? Thanks, Paulyn

Hi Paulyn,

Nestum is a cereal and you can buy from any NTUC, supermarkets, provision shop....etc etc.

Hi Aunty Yochana,

What is the purpose of using Nestum? IS Nestum similar to instant oatmeal found in US?

What is the substitute for Nestum, if we cannot find them.

Hi Angelia,

You can use quaker oats or rolled oats. If the rolled oats are too coarse, lightly blend them.
