    Where did you buy the equipment to bake the baguette? I mean the equipment to hold the bread when you put it into the oven

    You're very sharp. You noticed that I used baguette trays to bake. It's non-stick with perforated holes in it. I bought it from the supplier (Femac) who supplied me the oven. Ordinary oven cannot use this tray. It's too big unless you have commercial oven at home. Try Phoon Huat..I've seen them selling once or maybe Prima.
