HI,

Your apple strudel really looks like those I bought in Perth.

How about a slice for tasting?

Just caught the first glimpse of your Apple Strudel at IK and thought I'll dive here for the receipe, if any. Oh well, even if I have the receipe, I doubt if I can make anything near to yours.... Yours really look like those from Perth... yums !

The oven you saw on this page is called Svebedalen and it comes from Sweden. I bought from Femac.

Juliana,

You'll never know if you don't try. It's puff pastry, apple filling and custard with whip cream.

The strudel looks so yummy! * A Salute to You * Your puff pastry looks wonderful. When I make puff pastry, most of the time it doesn't flake so well :(

Hi aunty..

I've tried to make my own apple strudel but it came out weird. I cant get it right with my apple filling. Is it possible to post out (or email me) your apple filling recipe so I can try it out?

And, the pastry that you made, did you slice it into three before putting all the fillings?? Yours look thinner than what I had. My grandma ask me not to stack mine together. She say will look like double storey house.. Hahaha.. Thanks..

hi Chyi,

I have to bake 3 rectangular puff pastry and the end result is that I get 2 rectangular puffs.

I slice them into half each and spread with cream and apple fillings.

I cooked my granny smith green apples with sugar and thicken with cornstarch.
