Hazelnut Rosettes

hello aunty lucy...i love eating rosettes but have not tried hazelnut rosettes before...which do u prefer the plain ones or this one.Do they melt in your mounth n cruncy in the out side.
Maybe you can share this recipe when in nearing next year CNY so everyone can try baking them .

BTW, it's crunchy in and outside.
